The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is close to several underground stops and in an excellent area of the city. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the theatres, making it a perfect choice for anyone who loves catching a show. the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also has great facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym.

One minor drawback is that the pool was fairly cool, which may not be ideal for those who prefer warmer water.

I loved staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a fantastic gym and a beautiful pool. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore everything. I could walk to Covent Garden in just under 10 minutes!

This luxurious hotel fulfilled all my needs for an exclusive stay. From the heated indoor swimming pool to the massage service, I felt truly pampered. the room was spacious, elegantly furnished and had exclusive amenities. the bar/lounge area had top, notch catering service, and the continental breakfast was delightful. the private facilities were exceptional in every aspect and the location was perfect for exploring.

The hotel super nice team and accommodating, lending us a stroller and allowing us to bring it to Scotland. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, right in the middle of a bustling city block with easy access to everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cozy furniture and a gorgeous bathroom.

There was no wheelchair access in the hotel and the fire escape plan in one of the rooms was not accurate. It would be beneficial for the hotel to address these issues to ensure a more inclusive and safe experience for all guests.

I had an amazing stay at the Haymarket! The staff were great too make my anniversary special, upgrading us to a room with a beautiful roll top bath. The location was perfect for shopping and catching a show. The pool was luxurious and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location, close to shopping, dining, and theaters. Amazing staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. Upgraded to a suite for our anniversary, champagne and chocolates were a nice touch. Relaxing bath with TV and enjoyable bar.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to everything yet still in a calm area. It is also conveniently located near the coach station, perfect for easy transportation. The room was beautifully designed with attention to detail and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, as well as a few more treats and trimmings for the price.

I was actually surprised by the attention to detail at Haymarket. When I discovered there was no toothbrush provided, I called housekeeping and they promptly delivered a wooden toothbrush along with a full dental kit. The staff were really nice too ensure my comfort. The buffet breakfast was really good, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The lobby area was stylish and inviting, perfect for relaxing. The room itself was super clean and well-maintained.
